Who it's for

Specialist therapy without the drive

Outside Portland, finding a therapist who specializes in life transitions and couples work can mean a long wait or a long drive. Online sessions take both out of the equation. You get the same focused work from your kitchen table in Bangor or your office in Augusta.

I work with people at turning points: a new marriage, a new baby, a move, a career shift, or the quieter feeling that something is off. And with couples who want tools before the cracks show, not after.

Maine winters are long, and seasons shape how life feels. If the darker months tend to bring old patterns to the surface, that's worth paying attention to, and it's exactly the kind of thing we can work with.
