Hi, I'm Natalie.
Therapist. Wife. Dog mom. Traveller. Aspiring potter. Writer.
I believe therapy should feel human: a space to be honest, get curious about your patterns, and figure out what comes next.
No script. No judgment. Just honest work.
My story
"Clients tell me I feel real."
How I show up
I believe therapy should be both supportive and challenging: a place where you feel understood while also being encouraged to grow.
I'm not the therapist who will simply nod along while you repeat the same patterns week after week. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty while helping you understand yourself more deeply, challenge what is no longer serving you, and create meaningful change.
My goal is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you reconnect with yourself, trust your own voice, and build relationships and a life that feels authentic to you.
Clients often describe my style as "challenged with compassion." I believe therapy works best when it is honest, collaborative, and practical, where we can explore difficult truths, develop real tools, and turn insight into action.
You do not need to become someone else. You need to learn how to trust yourself.
My approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, attachment theory, Reality Therapy, and existential approaches. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating relationships, communication, identity, self-worth, life transitions, and personal growth.

Beyond the therapist
While I am a therapist, I am also a person. I believe some of the most meaningful work happens through genuine human connection: the moments where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. Therapy is not about sitting across from someone who has all the answers; it is about working alongside someone who can help you navigate the messy, complicated, and very human process of growth.
I believe the relationship we build in therapy matters just as much as the techniques we use. You can have the best tools in the world, but meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to try something different.
I believe therapy can hold both depth and humanity. We can have difficult conversations, laugh when appropriate, acknowledge the hard days, and celebrate the small wins along the way.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I am someone who believes deeply in curiosity, growth, and experiencing life fully. I love exploring new places, learning, creating, and continuing to do my own work as I navigate my own journey. I believe the work we ask clients to do is work we must also be willing to engage in ourselves.
"I believe therapy is not just about the techniques we use. It is about the relationship we build. I show up as a therapist, but also as a human being who understands that growth is messy, uncomfortable, and deeply personal."
"I'm a therapist who tells you what I actually see. I work with individuals navigating transitions and couples who want to get ahead of the cracks, not wait until everything breaks. No scripts. No soft packaging. Just the real work."
