Online therapy in Colorado

Individual and couples therapy by video, for people across Colorado. Licensed in Colorado (LPC). Direct, focused, and built to cut through fast.

Who it's for

Therapy that fits a Colorado life

Whether you're in central Denver, up in Fort Collins, or somewhere the nearest specialist is a mountain pass away, sessions happen by video. No commute across town, no I-25 traffic, no rushing from work to an office.

I work with people at turning points: a new marriage, a new baby, a move, a career shift, or the quieter feeling that something is off. And with couples who want tools before the cracks show, not after.

Colorado draws people who are building something new: new city, new relationship, new chapter. Transitions like that are where this work fits best.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Yes. Licensing rules mean you need to be physically located in Colorado (or Maine, where Natalie is also licensed) at the time of each session. If you're traveling out of state, let us know and we'll plan around it.
No. Sessions are video only. The Denver address is a mailing address, not a place to meet.
Sessions are private pay. A superbill is available for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA payments are accepted. It's worth checking your plan's out-of-network mental health benefits.
Yes, as long as each of you is in Colorado or Maine during the session. Most couples join together from home, but separate devices work too.
